Key Learnings:

- Learnings from people who tackled China early days are forgotten. Many companies failed in SEA because they just "copy and paste"

-SEA is more segregated than China but the characteristics with the tier 2, tier 3+ are quite similar

- Make local friends (not just partners). They will help you beyond just your "contract" but business in general

- Don't over simplify localization with translation but think of entering new market of new product development (just that you have unfair advantage with existing features you can piece together much quicker)

- How many more super apps can it be? Think beyond and around it.
